Wpify enables Shopify merchants to automate customer communication via WhatsApp Business:

  • Integration with Shopify stores.
  • Automation of WhatsApp messages.
  • Abandoned cart recovery.
  • Order status notifications.
  • Marketing campaigns.

3. Usage requirements

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have an active Shopify store.
  • Have a verified WhatsApp Business account.
  • Comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies.
  • Comply with data protection laws.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited content.
  • Violate WhatsApp or Meta policies.
  • Use for illegal activities.
  • Share offensive content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.

5. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

6. Payments

Some aspects may require payment. Prices will be clearly communicated. Payments are non-refundable except when required by law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content are owned by Wpify and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of liability

Wpify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service availability

We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
